My friend recently buy ccna 640-802 exam guide from passrecord and get certificate in just first attempt. But he asks me about Job scope after doing this one. I advise you to move further towards CCNP or CCIE for getting managerial position.
You can get job in relevant field after doing any subsequent diploma of networking, like CCNP, CCIP or CCNA voice. But you must get 640-802 certificates for attempting further study. Mostly students get also MCITP Server admin or basic Microsoft MCSE exam with this for adding star in resume.
